Job Title: Senior Shed-Net Technician

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shed Net Technician to lead the production, maintenance, and quality check of shed net factory. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with supervisory responsibility to ensure factory operation runs safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate shed net production and maintenance teams.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and product specifications.
- Plan work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Conduct technical inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including work-at-height procedures.
- Train, coach, and mentor junior technicians.
- Manage tools, materials, and stock control for the factory
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and progress updates.
- Liaise with management, suppliers, and contractors on technical matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Shed Net, Production, Quality check and machine maintenance.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and risk assessments.
- Technical leadership and decision-making
- Planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Safety-conscious and compliance-driven.
- Driver’s License
