Desai Law Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate to join its corporate practice. The successful candidate will handle sophisticated transactional work and provide high-quality legal advice to an elite, international client base.

- Regulatory and advisory work
- Due Diligence Management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience advising large corporates, multinational investors, listed entities, financial institutions, and public sector bodies.
- Proven transactional and drafting expertise in the areas above.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice.
- Proven team leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior lawyers.
- Experience working with international clients and law firms on cross-border matters.
