Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant shift operations.
- Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
- Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
- Support the Process Manager and related departments for some smooth running of the plant.
- Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
- Willing to work overtime and shift duties.
Requirements
- GCE 5 (V) Grade or equivalent..
- 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Shift in Charge.
- Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill..
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Supervision, Commissioning, Trouble shooting, and handle the paper plant independently.
- Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines.
