Northern Textile Mills is looking for two reliable Security Guards to join our team based at our Francistown factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard and protect company premises, property, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activities
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years JC or better
- Previous experience in a security role is not required, but will be an added advantage
- Must be physically fit and able to work shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends
- Must have no criminal record; a police clearance certificate will be required
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
