Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or re-order requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation, particularly for veterinary medicines and agrochemicals.
• Monitor expiry dates and remove expired or damaged products.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient stockroom environment.
• Assist management with stock reporting and periodic stock audits.
• Experience working in a retail, warehouse, or agricultural environment will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience with stock counts, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Diploma or degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and inventory systems) Essential.
• 3-5 years’ experience in stock control, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Experience handling agrochemicals, animal medicines, feeds, and farming inputs will be an added advantage.
