Key Responsibilities

• Assist Buyers with promotional and advertising administration.
• Coordinate and regulate advertising activities across Botswana.
• Ensure all promotional content and advertising material meet Pick’n Pay brand standards.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of pricing, product details, and promotional mechanics.
• Maintain strong administrative controls and documentation relating to promotions.
• Ensure advertising processes are compliant, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, advertising, retail, or commercial administration.
• Strong graphic design capability (experience with relevant design software).
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• SAP and/or ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
