Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Ensure tables are set up, cleared, and maintained to high standards
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, drinks, and wine pairings
• Maintain and control stock levels of beverages, including wines and spirits
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Assist with special events and bush dining experiences
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and eco-friendly practices in line with our sustainability goals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a lodge or fine-dining setting
• Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings
• Experience in stock control and inventory management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Fluency in English (Additional languages is a plus)
