Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN), Selebi Phikwe Citrus (SPC), and Local Enterprise Authority (LEA). CITRU-HIVE (Three-year incubation programme). The CITRU-HIVE is intended to train entry-level citrus managers, equipping them with the technical expertise, leadership and management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset required to manage citrus operations effectively and sustainably. Selected individuals will be provided the opportunity to develop through all the stages and levels of citrus production and gain experience that will enable them to apply for a position as a production manager or to start their own citrus farm.

Requirements
- Citizen of Botswana
- Successful completion of a BSc in Horticulture OR BSc in Agronomy OR BSc Agriculture at BUAN
- A letter of intent highlighting: a. Qualifications (with certified copies of certificates or transcripts) b. Experience (if any) c. Interest in citrus production
