The Head, Facilities & Asset Management is responsible for ensuring effective lifecycle management, maintenance, and optimisation of organisational assets and facilities to support operational efficiency, service delivery, and long-term infrastructure sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
- Registration with REAC (required).
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in facilities or asset management.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure assets.
- Experience in public sector or capital-intensive environments (advantageous).
- Experience in lifecycle asset planning and maintenance management.
