Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and cook a wide variety of high-quality dishes according to menus and recipes.
  • Develop new menu items that are creative, nutritious and cost-effective.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, quality and consistency.
  • Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork.

  • Food Safety Certificate (Level 1 or 2) – advantageous
  • Basic computer literacy (inventory, cost control, MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Must be a Botswana citizen
  • Clean criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate required)
