Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Factory Supervisor will run the daily production floor, performing quality checks personally, signing off every batch before it leaves the line, and holding operators to the standard. You will own first-pass yield, on-time delivery, materials discipline, and SOP compliance shift by shift. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be measured on a small set of clear, weekly KPIs.
