The Head, Strategy and Transformation is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of enterprise strategy, execution, and overall growth. The role will drive the development, alignment, and delivery of the Group’s strategic agenda, ensuring clear translation of strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will lead a sustained strategy and transformation agenda, partnerships, strengthening decision-making through insights and analytics, and positioning the Exchange to compete effectively in an evolving global capital markets landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Alignment: Lead the formulation, monitoring, and alignment of the Group’s strategy, ensuring clear linkage to business priorities and performance outcomes.
- Transformation & Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives and oversee the development and execution of the transformation roadmap.
- Strategic Partnerships & Internationalisation: Drive strategic partnerships and support market expansion and internationalisation initiatives.
- Sustainability & ESG: Lead the development and integration of sustainability and ESG strategies into the Group’s overall strategic framework.
- Research & Business Intelligence: Oversee research, economic analysis, and business intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish robust frameworks to track strategy execution, measure impact, and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
- 12+ years’ experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, including at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategy formulation, execution, and performance monitoring at enterprise level.
- Strong analytical capability, with expertise in research, market intelligence, and economic analysis.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a similarly complex environment is highly desirable.
