Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/management role.
- Highly disciplined, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver consistently under demanding deadlines.
- Proficiency in data processing/financial analysis and reporting, supported by strong Excel skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of risk management, governance and compliance principles.
- Experience in multinational environments, with exposure to diverse structures and jurisdictions, supported by strong communication and sound negotiation skills to effectively manage discussions and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in improving processes and controls, with proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure in high-performance environments.
- Qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent professional financial designation is required.
- Experience in mining, aggregates or construction environments will be advantageous.
