Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, and induction of new staff
- Manage employee records, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with labor law, Ministry of Education regulations, and school policies
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and staff relations
- Act as first point of contact for staff HR queries
- Assist Head of School with HR reporting and policy updates
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in education, a non-profit or school environment
- Sound understanding of Botswana Labor Law.
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, organisation, and problem-solving skills
