The Head, People and Culture is a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of strategy, culture, and performance. The role will shape a future-ready workforce and embed a high-performance culture aligned with the organisation’s growth ambitions. The role will lead a sustained people and culture transformation agenda, driving modern people practices, strengthening organisational capability, and ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of high-calibre talent.

Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy & Transformation:** Lead the design and execution of the People and Culture transformation strategy aligned to the Group’s strategy.
- **Talent & Leadership:** Build leadership pipelines, strengthen talent development, and enhance our employee value proposition.
- **Culture & Performance:** Embed a high-performance, values-driven culture supported by effective performance and reward frameworks.
- **Governance & Risk:** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proactively manage people-related risks.
- **HR Capability:** Strengthen HR operations through digital enablement and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (Master’s or MBA) is preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with at least five (5) years in a senior executive or role preferably in a financial services institution or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading people and culture transformation initiatives in a medium to large institution.
- Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence at Board and Executive Committee level.
- Deep expertise in organisational development, talent strategy, culture transformation, and change management.
