Key Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of boiler and auxiliary systems to maximize asset availability and reliability.
- Maintain high efficiency and safety standards for cradle to grave asset management of the boiler and balancers.
- Cater to breakdown/overhaul/major maintenance and plan preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Build a team of skilled professionals for operations and maintenance.
- Manage contracts for annual maintenance of various systems and equipment.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate engineer in Mechanical Engineering with at least 20-25 years of experience, with significant experience in operation and maintenance of large-sized (500 MW and above) boiler and auxiliaries.
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of supercritical/ultra-supercritical boilers and ESPs.
