Key Responsibilities
- Handling issues related to commercial contracts for sale/purchase of electricity and fuel, including Risk Management, Appraisal & Negotiations, Statutory, Regulatory, and Legal compliances, etc.
- Liaison with Central/State Level Regulatory & Statutory Bodies and agencies for tariff petitions, amendments, and clarifications.
Requirements
- CA/CFA/MBA/ICWA with 20 years of experience in commercial, regulatory, and statutory matters relating to PPAs and long/short-term power sale contracts.
