Key Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain accurate financial transactions
- Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations
- Assist with fee management and student accounts
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist with budgeting and basic financial reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (school environment is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
