Requirements
- Must be residing within the constituency or council where he/she is intending to be engaged
- Must be between the age of 18 and 60 years
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be mentally and physically fit
- Must be exemplary in character in the community
- Must be free from any criminal conviction, therefore they must be fingerprinted
