Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire brick manufacturing process, from raw material preparation to dispatch.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiencies are achieved.
- Manage kiln operations, production teams, and shift supervisors.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance activities with engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and cost control.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with automated process plants and kiln-fired operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
