The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of all Service operations including but not limited to special tools, diagnostic equipment, OEM Dealer Standards, productivity levels and efficiency levels within the workshop environment.
A high level of customer service and staff management and self-discipline is a must in ensuring that all work is completed on time and without fault by managing internal control procedures and proven methodologies.

Requirements
- Applicants must possess minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience as a foreman in a Mercedes-Benz Passenger vehicle service operation or similar
- a minimum training level received as a Qualified Systems Technician
- extensive knowledge of all Service operations including but not limited to special tools, diagnostic equipment, OEM Dealer Standards, productivity levels and efficiency levels within the workshop environment
