Key Responsibilities

  • Manage plant shift operations.
  • Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
  • Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
  • Support the Process Manager and related departments for smooth running of the plant.
  • Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
  • Willing to work overtime and shift duties.

Requirements

  • GCE 5 (V) Grade or equivalent.
  • 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Shift in Charge.
  • Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill..
  • Should have in-depth knowledge oF Supervision, Commissioning, Trouble shooting, and handle the paper plant independently.
  • Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines.
