Key Responsibilities
- The house rentals shall be negotiated between the two (2) parties considering the location factor, size of the property, improvements/fittings and workmanship.
- The monthly rental range for the two-bedroomed house shall be capped between P2 000.00 to P3 000.00.
- The monthly rental range for the one-bedroomed house shall be capped between P1 500.00 to P2 000.00.
- Awarded bidder SHALL sign the standard lease agreement containing the terms and conditions of the lease agreement with Palapye District Council.
Requirements
- Accommodation Offer Form MUST be completely filled and signed in the first instance otherwise bidders will be disqualified.
- Section 111 of the Public Procurement of 2021 shall apply.
- All units of accommodation to be offered must be completed with all standard fittings/fixtures (fitted kitchen cupboards, fitted wall wardrobes, ceiling, floor tiles, fitted toilet/bathroom, and water heating system).
- Water and electricity MUST be connected in the house.
- In case of Multi-Residential, the utilities MUST be separated.
- All houses MUST be provided with washing line and dustbin.
- All properties to be offered must be fenced with standard fence or boundary wall.
