Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related information.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Botswana labour legislation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
- Sound knowledge of Botswana Employment and Labour Relations legislation will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRMS/Payroll systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
