This exciting live-in position will support both the Front of House and Back of House Lodge Managers, ensuring world-class guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational, maintenance and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.
- Host guests and ensure memorable luxury safari experiences.
- Coordinate daily lodge operations and departmental activities.
- Supervise and mentor lodge staff while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with stock control, procurement and administration.
- Conduct lodge inspections and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Support facilities management, preventative maintenance and infrastructure upkeep.
- Coordinate maintenance of camp equipment, vehicles, generators, boats and utilities.
- Promote health, safety and environmental best practices.
Requirements
- Hospitality qualification (advantageous).
- Previous experience in a luxury safari lodge environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work confidently across both guest services and operational/maintenance functions.
