Key Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Sells company products using over the phone techniques and convert leads into sales.
- Carry out administrative functions of Tele Sales loan origination, mainly capturing loans.
- Protects the integrity of the Bayport brand.
- Receives sales targets from Tele Sales Manager on weekly and monthly and executes as required.
- Responsible for offering customers with excellent customer service to uphold the Bayport Customer Experience standards.
- Expected to perform any other duties as assigned by management.
