Key Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodges and liaising with service providing units such as procurement, reservations and finance to ensure the smooth running of all the units that impact service delivery to guests of the business.

Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of work experience as an operations manager or in similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff in the various areas of camp operations.
- Excellent skills in ensuring that guests get a memorable safari experience.
- Ability to coordinate a wide variety of functions all aimed at quality service delivery to guests.
- Ability to function effectively in the wild for a couple of months at a time.
