Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare board packs, meeting agendas, minutes and executive reports.
- Conduct industry, market and investment research to support advisory and investment decisions.
- Support Investment team.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and client documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on key deliverables.
- Lieise with clients, investors and strategic partners professionally and confidentially.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.5 (or equivalent).
