Key Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
  • Organise, label, and safely store inventory, including heavy machinery parts and hazardous chemicals.
  • Process stock requisitions and issue tools, spare parts, and PPE to maintenance and operations teams.
  • Conduct regular cyclical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in the inventory database.
