Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising, screening, interviews, reference checks, employment contracts and induction programmes.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-performing talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation while ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and people programmes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Promote employee wellbeing, engagement and a positive organisational culture.
  • Support performance management processes, learning initiatives and employee development programmes.
  • Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and produce workforce analytics and management reports.
  • Deliver people insights that support informed decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with HR audits, regulatory reporting and people-related risk management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related discipline.
  • CIPD, IPM, SHRM or an equivalent HR professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR operations environment.
  • Experience within financial services or another corporate environment will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to HRIS, payroll administration and workforce analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management and labour legislation.
  • Experience using HR technology platforms and people analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and employee relations skills.
