Key Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence and communication with stakeholders and government authorities.
- Liaise and negotiate with government authorities and relevant institutions.

- Oversee customs, taxation, import, export and customs clearance procedures.
- Recruit, employ and manage local and foreign employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated practical experience in the management and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, contract administration, budgeting and resource management.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), both oral and written.
