Key Responsibilities

  • Manage official correspondence and communication with stakeholders and government authorities.
  • Liaise and negotiate with government authorities and relevant institutions.
  • Lead business negotiations, tendering, project acquisition and contract management.
  • Oversee customs, taxation, import, export and customs clearance procedures.
  • Recruit, employ and manage local and foreign employees.
  • Represent CRBC in legal matters and dispute resolution.
  • Daily supervision of company admistration and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in the management and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, contract administration, budgeting and resource management.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), both oral and written.
