Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously enhance the Bank’s Enterprise Change Management Framework.
- Develop and execute change strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities.
- Coach executives, leaders and change champions to successfully lead change initiatives.
- Drive employee adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Identify, assess and mitigate change risks while effectively managing organisational resistance.
- Build enterprise change capability through training, coaching and practical change toolkits.
- Measure change readiness, adoption and benefits realisation using meaningful performance metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology or a related discipline.
- Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent certification.
- PRINCE2, PMP or another recognised Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience leading organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise change management frameworks.
- Strong experience supporting complex strategic programmes and enterprise transformation.
- Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
