JOB VACANCY – CASH LOAN ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking an experienced and professional Cash Loan Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Microfinance, Economics, or a related field.
- A certificate in Credit Management, Microfinance, Lending, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in cash loans, microfinance, lending, credit administration, banking, or a related financial-services environment.

- Good knowledge of loan agreements and loan processing, credit assessment, interest calculation, loan documentation, repayments, collections, and cash management.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and/or loan management software is required.
- Knowledge of applicable lending, consumer-protection, AML/KYC, and financial-services requirements will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process cash loan applications.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents.
- Conduct or assist with credit assessments.
- Prepare loan agreements and repayment schedules.
