Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals, software and other IT equipment.
- Configure, monitor and maintain local area networks and network devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet access and other infrastructure-related issues.
