Key Responsibilities
- Reply to Facebook and Instagram messages
- Assist with Stan Store setup
- Help with PayPal and basic technical issues
- Onboard new students
- Answer common support questions
- Track and follow up on unresolved issues
Requirements
- Comfortable using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and online tools
- Quick learner with new platforms
- Good communication skills
- Organised and reliable
- Based in Gaborone
Salary
P4,000 Monthly
