Are you a master of the machine? We are looking for a hands-on technical expert to lead our Nail & Bolt manufacturing line. We don’t just need a supervisor; we need someone who knows the machines inside out.

Can you do the following?

• Run the Line: Operate machinery and meet BOBS standards regarding wire thickness and quality. Know all the wire grades used in making of wire nails, type sof wire nails.
• Fix the Tools: Grind, shape, and sharpen your own cutters and maintain in-house consumables, which are essential wearable consumables.
• Keep it Running: Adjust tensions, fix breakdowns immediately, and ensure zero unnecessary downtime.
• Teach Others: Train our local team and transfer your skills.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to relocate to Selebi Phikwe.
• Must have specialized experience in wire nail/bolt machinery.
