**About the Role**
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive growth in our corporate and institutional portfolio and broader employee benefit solutions for corporate clients.
If you are commercially sharp, relationship-focused, and thrive in complex, high-value deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new corporate and institutional clients
- Drive sales of: Employee benefit solutions
- Build and manage a strong corporate sales pipeline
- Lead negotiations and close corporate mandates
- Work closely with internal technical and servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
Requirements
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage confidently at senior and executive level
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Degree in Risk and Insurance or any business-related degree from a recognised University
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long-Term Insurance
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience business development and direct sales experience in insurance or a related field
- Strong understanding of: Corporate employee benefit structures
