Main Purpose of the job
To provide secretarial support to the Heads of Departments in respect to,
inter alia, the management of diaries, responding to ad hoc requests as well
as other general communication (written, telephonic, and walk-in) received
by the Departments.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in secretarial studies.
• Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in an
administrative environment.
• Skills in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
