OFFICER – PROJECTS QUALITY ASSURANCE x 5 (FIXED TERM)
Main Purpose of the job
To assist management in ensuring all property developed by, or on behalf
of the Corporation, is developed in conformance with client and regulatory
requirements. The role holder would be responsible for, inter alia, assisting
in the interpretation of client requirements, as well as the assessment of
design documents, and the monitoring and inspection of properties during
and after the construction phase.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Building Construction, Facilities Management,
Estates Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in building
construction/maintenance, facilities management, contract
administration or related fields.
