- You will be responsible for providing support to the Health Services Section through management of employees health information. This will be done by organizing, evaluating and processing medical records requests.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Managing patient health records and screening records for filing,
- Providing support to the Health services by organizing, evaluating and processing medical records requests, and assisting in answering incoming calls for a high volume phone queue.
- Screening of employees as they visit the clinic. Booking employees for their visits to the clinic
- Promoting compliance to valid medical examinations by constantly reminding employees to renew their medical examinations.
- Creating awareness of the standard, providing advice on general health topics.
- Assisting nurses by collating health statistics
