JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Commit to at least 10 hours a week for any activities, projects or events of Inspired Horizons Association.
– Understand and can translate the organization’s requirements, collaborates in the development of deliverables
and supports the ongoing activities of club programmes and projects.
– Act as an internal quality control check for all programmes and projects to ensure they meet client requirements.
– Proactively solves day-to-day problems and exercises good judgment not only in solving problems, but also in
determining when to escalate issues within the organization.
– Identify or clarify issues with live projects and make recommendations to resolve issues.
– Leverage learning’s to identify and develop solutions for continuous improvement in servicing clients.
– Coordinate activities within assigned accounts in a way that assures high client satisfaction and achieves clients’

– Monitor project progress against the proposed plans including budgets, timelines, quality criteria, and risk
management.
– Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Must be an unemployed young Motswana
– MUST BE FREE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK (Thursdays and Saturdays) for at least THREE MONTHS
– Academic Background in the following are recommended: Accounting & Finance, Education, Social Policy, Law, Politics and International Relations, ICT & Public Relations.
– Must be able to perform at least one of the following:
o Fundraising & Sponsorship Seeking for Non-Profits.
o Contract Writing and Concept Development.
o Accounting and Budgeting for Non-profits.
o Corporate Affairs, Strategy and Communications.
o Graphic Designing, Creative Writing and Public Speaking. o EventManagement.
– Must be highly confident and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Must be willing to be proactive, go the extra mile and be an active team player.
