- Plan and implement leadership skills programme (leadership skills development, career development, financial literacy and business, ICT).
- Facilitate leadership sessions to the participates in line with the curriculum
- Facilitate Leadership sessions in Kgatleng District, Good Hope and other sites as necessary
- Provide mentoring to programme participants
- Refer participants for one-one counselling
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor progress of youth in the programme
- Implement monitoring tools for the leadership programme
- Maintain database of information
Qualifications:
- Degree in education, social work, business management, youth development or related field
- Previous experience planning activities for and interacting with youth
- Understanding and applicable skills towards the requirements in a leadership programme.
- Advanced facilitation skills
- Ability to relate and work with people of all ages, races and backgrounds
- Understanding and applicable skills towards the requirements in a leadership programme.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in both Setswana and English
