SALARY: E2 (P358, 800 – P373, 296) per annum.
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum
BENEFITS:
• Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee pays 50%).
• Compulsory Contributory Pension Fund (Government pays 15% and Employee pays 5%).
DURATION 24 -36 Months (Contract)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology or Human Resource Management
EXPERIENCE:
At least ten (10) years relevant experience in Assessment Services, a minimum of four (4) years of experience as an Assessor in Assessment/Development Centre.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To administer assessments and provide technical support in the design of individual developments plans.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Assesses candidates (that is observes, records, classifies and evaluates behaviors to determine competency levels of candidates
2. Provides constructive behavioral feedback (oral and written)
3. Guides candidates in the development of individual development plans to address identified competency gaps.
4. Conducts coaching for candidates
5. Rates candidates’ behaviors following an assessment per the standards
6. Presents evidence and justification to support ratings in the integration session in order for assessors to reach consensus
7. Prepares assessment reports in a timely and professional manner as per the stipulations of the AC/DC policy
8. Oversees the upkeep of Assessment/Development records
9. Benchmarks and develops best practice programme delivery strategies.
10. Engages in research to keep abreast with the AC/DC developments
