Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Invoicing Patients and ensuring that all invoices are submitted to relevant Guarantors
- Timely issuing of renewal of Guarantee Forms, Approval Letters to patients for renewal with respective Guarantors.
- Maintenance and updating of Patient Register
- Debtors and Creditors reconciliation and collection
- Answer the switchboard, record and direct all calls to relevant officers
- Welcomes clients and guests and assist where possible
Qualifications & Attributes:
- O’ Level plus Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Book Keeping and or Office Management
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to details
- Good interpersonal and Customer Service Skills

- Over three (3) years working relevant work experience
- Experience in a Health Care Environment would be an added advantage
