KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Prepare a well-balanced diet/menu for students.
- Control food inventory, ensuring accountability of same at the Centre.
- Manage general catering duties including preparation of all meals at the Centre.
- Set up conference and dining rooms for different events as required 5. Ensure that the kitchen is tidy and clean at all times.
QUALIFICATION
- Certificate in Catering. Cookery or Food Preparation from a recognized Institution
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
