Requirements
To plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the repair and maintenance of structures, utility systems, furnishing and civil works.
Ensure that all maintenance complaints reported are effectively addressed.
Solve queries corresponding to Tenants` s accounts and following up on Rent Debtors
Process payments for contractors and suppliers according to approved contract provisions.
Reconciliation of Tenants’ s Accounts.
Renewal of expired Lease Agreements.
Generate data regarding terminations and any changes on the Tenants` s Rental or Utilities before the 15th of each month to enable HO-Property Department to process monthly tax invoices for tenants.
Post payment to Pastel and K8
Report to management on a monthly basis regarding progress with rent debtors, inspections, terminations etc.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
BGCSE with passes in English and Math’s
Good communication skills
Experience in Property Management
Drivers License
