Reporting to the General Manager Finance, the incumbent will be required to develop and implement a comprehensive Collections Strategy and Operational Plan that will ensure maximum collections capability.
You will provide operational management of the Credit Control function within the framework of an agreed business strategy and to meet operational targets for return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction
The candidate will be tasked with building quality processes to support collections management and ensure operational effectiveness on a day-to-day basis as well as plan and manage systems integration for customer service delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent with nine (9) year’s experience in the credit management field, of which five (5) years should be in managing collections teams.
A recognized international qualification ACCA /CIMA/BICA is a requirement. Membership of a relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
