Duties & Responsibilities:
- answer calls and maintains a rapid response rate according to set standards
- receive visitors & clients and direct them to the relevant office
- may be required to assist in typing & general clerical assignment as required
- ensure that the reception is kept clean & tidy at all times
- organises refreshment for the visitors as necessary
