Reporting to the Soles Manager the successful candidate will undertake administrative job duties os if pertains to the sales department. Utilising skills to make certain that oil salespeople hove the proper literature and support in liaison with other departments to ensure they excel.

- Generates and documents new sales loads as necessary with assistance from marketing and walk-ins.
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with customer issues as they arise.
- Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable form.
- Follows up updates with the project customer department to ensure they are communicated with the sales team.
- Follows up to make sure that the customer has been assisted effectively by customer experience department.
- Makes sure there is latest Marketing Intelligence information and administer customer surveys as required.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the Sales team.
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Updates all contact information for clients and avoid other supporting departments.
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
