The position is to play a leading role in the existing Retentions Department in a microfinance company that was launched 9 years ago. The ideal candidate must be a mature individual capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and be able to lead by example.
- You must be a seasoned operator in the microfinance industry. You need at least 2 years’ sales experience in micro-finance together with a proven and stable track record in this industry, this is not negotiable;
- You must be highly motivated and results orientated;
- Experience in a Call Centre environment will be an advantage;
- Above average people management skills and professional communications skills are essential;
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required;
- You must have at least passed Form 5 with Mathematics;
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
